Two Days Left To Enter

You read right - the guest author contest closes in TWO DAYS! I've gotten so many wonderful entries, it's gonna be so hard for me (and my third party judge) to pick! Of course, there's still time - click HERE for the official rules on how to enter!

This Thursday, Owl City will be releasing a NEW SINGLE called "Verge" featuring the ever-talented Aloe Blacc. A 15-second preview has been released by Adam, which can be heard on his Instagram (or by using the Instagram widget to the right!). And since I care about what you think, there's a new poll that I'd like you to participate in - pretty straightforward.

    I was wondering what those graduation hats were for. I thought it was something to do with this. And we can now thankfully say Adam does have more parts in the song :0)

      I think it's just kind of a theme thing - "we're on the verge of the rest of our lives", like graduating seniors moving on to the next part of THEIR lives. And yes, it seems like he will have his fair share of lyrics!

      I like the new album cover- but can I say it is a little uncreative, I mean it's abstract in the fact this weird machine is on the moon- but not as abstract as some of the other album covers- plus the name of the album isn't all that creative. But who am I to judge? It's not about the album art but the songs I am sure they'll rocket past or expectations (as always).

    I'm not sure if I like the new cover. I mean, it looks cool but it's not that beautiful and dreamy kind of thing like his other album covers.
